There is a game going on in cyberspace (totally legal, I presume), which I was tagged by Debbie who blogs over at Debbie Scribble back in July, so please excuse my tardiness, Debbie, but I've been flying around trying to change the world (*sigh*). Debbie was tagged by Mara at Medicinal Marzipan (if you don't read her blog, you're seriously missing out) and in turn I will tag 5 other bloggers. The premise is for me to dig through my archives (I've been blogging for more than 3 years y'all) and pick 7 posts from specific categories. In a couple I couldn't pick just one, so I broke the rules (big surprise). So here they are:

Most popular post

Numbers wise it's 9 Things You Might be Doing That Are Making Your Life Suck . It got over 1,600 “likes” on Facebook and as I was watching it reach the 1,000 mark of shares on Facebook the counter stopped, so I have no idea how many times it was shared. What's funny is that I almost changed the title to something more positive, thinking no one would want to read about sucky lives. I guess I was wrong.

A very close second was 49 Ways to Have a Kick-Ass Life, which was ironic because that post was probably the easiest for me to write. Other posts that I took hours on and agonized over no one read. Go figure. It's even been plagiarized by a radio DJ in Tennessee who posted it as his own on his blog.

Most beautiful post

Loveable. This one was also anther post that I just sat down and wrote with wreckless abandon. It's short and to the point.

Most controversial

Ugh. The Anti Gym. It may not seem controversial, but I had to delete at least 2 comments from people that left some pretty hateful things to say referring to the fact that I was giving this man publicity when in fact I was using my voice in protest. If I wasn't pregnant at the time I wrote it, I would have marched down there to actually tell him to his face.

Most helpful

I still from time to time get emails from a post I wrote long ago, How I Got Through (and Over) My Divorce. I was determined to come out on the other side of my divorce a stronger, better person and if I could help anyone going through the same thing, I wanted to tell them what I did.

A more recent one that seemed to be really helpful was 7 Signs Your Gremlin is In the Driver's Seat of Your Life. It seems a lot of people listen and assume their gremlin is telling them the truth.

Post whose success most surprised you

Things I Learned From Being Cheated On totally surprised me. Kind of sad, that there are that many people who can relate, but happy that I could help people turn a shitty situation into a learning one.

Another post that I was so afraid to actually publish was When Being a Mom Sucks. It was such a bad day, I was hating my life and sat down to write about it. I thought if people unsubscribed I might take it down, but my intuition told me that really, this is who I am, and if they don't like it, it's their own fears and judgements that have nothing to do with me.

Post that didn't get the attention it deserved

Maybe because I feel so passionately about people living their best life NOW, not when something happens to light their fire. I wrote Life. Changing. Experience. about that. Another short, passionate and to the point post.

Post you're most proud of

Definitely What is Your Epic Shit. There are a lot of posts I'm proud of, but that one came from a place of me standing on a mountain top wanting the whole world to hear what I had to say.

So, there they are. I know I said 7 posts, but there are 10.  I hope you enjoyed them and got to know me and my blog a little better! As for tagging others for the challenge…..
