WRITE YOUR WAY THROUGH IT
A 6-week group coaching program led by Andrea Owen, 3x international best-selling author.

Part of the process of integration is writing about your thoughts and experiences. You don’t have to be “good” at it, consider yourself a “writer”, or do it “the right way”. You just need the time and intention of putting pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) and allowing it to be messy and sometimes feel like it doesn’t make sense.

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR WOMEN WHO:

  • Need accountability when it comes to a journaling practice
  • Have trouble finding a community of like-minded women, but want to be a part of one.
  • Want to call forth the wisdom that’s within you that hasn’t had the opportunity to come forward yet.
  • Want to integrate the experiences they’ve had
  • Want a place to intentionally come to grow and learn
  • Desire the space to be creative and develop as a byproduct
  • Need to organize and make sense of the thoughts that have been floating around in your head
  • Either love journaling or not, or somewhere in between.

The process:

  • We meet for 6 weeks, every Thursday starting on April 25th at 4pm Pacific/7pm Eastern time on Zoom for sharing and coaching
  • Meetings will be recorded for those who can’t make it
  • Journaling prompts will be provided on a weekly basis
  • Laser coaching and specific/personal journaling prompts will be given out to those who’d like them

FAQs

What are the dates and times we meet?

We meet every Thursday at 4 Pacific/7 pm Eastern for 6 weeks, starting on April 25th. Calls will run 60-75 minutes, depending on how many people show up live.  

What if I’ve never loved journaling or been consistent with it?

Then this is the perfect program for you! You’ll get accountability and prompts to get you started. You can journal as much or as little as you’d like.

What if I can’t come to the calls live?

The calls will be recorded if you’d like to watch them later, and we do have a Facebook group for support.

Do you have any scholarships?

For this program, no, but I may in the future.

I’m seeing this after the start date, can I still join?

YES! I’ve intentionally left registration open since you haven’t missed anything that you’ll need. It’s a go-at-your-own-pace program.
